The pool and gym facilities were excellent.

The double bed was located too close to the wall, making it difficult to get in and out.

It was just a nice choice for a short stint in Liverpool with great value for money. The hotel was exceptionally clean even after a big function the night before.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Museum of Liverpool just a short walk along the River Mersey. The hotel made our family stay so enjoyable with its comfortable room and lovely pool. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome every day.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast could use more variety for kids, especially with fussy eaters. It would be great if the hotel offered a greater selection of child-friendly breakfast options.

Had a brilliant time with friends. The hotel is close to the Museum of Liverpool and the Royal Albert Dock, both just a short walk away. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff made sure our stay was great. The bar had a nice view too, perfect for relaxing.

One downside was the parking fee, which felt a bit high and wasn't mentioned until check-in. It caught us off guard since we hadn’t budgeted for that.

The kids really loved the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, making our time there super relaxing. Amazing river view upgrade!

We had a great time here! We got upgraded to a family room with a stunning river view, so that was a lovely surprise. The staff were super friendly and the place was spotless. Breakfast was tasty, though dinner felt a bit pricey. The location was perfect for exploring, but parking can add up. Ryan in the restaurant was awesome!

Enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza with spectacular views of the waterfront. The staff offered exceptional service, especially during dinner. The noise from an event below our room was occasional but didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. Perfect for a weekend adventure in Liverpool!

Great views and comfy rooms

Had a nice stay! The staff were super friendly, and the location is spot on for city exploring. Our room was cozy and clean with a fab view of the waterfront. Loved the spa vibes, but the pool could use a little update. Breakfast was solid too, but a late spa appointment would’ve been nice.

The location was the highlight for me, right in the heart of Liverpool! 🌆 the room had a musty smell and the air conditioning was too noisy to sleep well. I wish that was sorted out.

Charming, charming, charming

What a good stay! The staff were so attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. A huge shoutout to Kenya at the front desk for quickly switching our room when we had an AC issue, she really knew how to keep the hospitality vibes high! To top it off, we enjoyed amazing views of the Mersey River right from our room, lovely!
